Welcome to the big 30!!!

Another year older and wiser…. perhaps strands of grey hair will start sprouting from now on…

Someone turned 30 on the 4th August 2009. Join the club darling…. We celebrated his birthday at Pasta Zenmai in MidValley with our parents (both sides). We indulged in the oh-so-yummy food that is absolutely tasty and special!

These were what we ordered….

 

An alcoholic drink that Cat ordered. The plum supposedly to be soak in alcohol (concentrated) that you are to eat it (well if you want to get high) last.

I forgot what it’s called. Some beef pasta which darling ordered. Ah-but-den??!!!

 

Can’t recall who ordered this but I think it’s mushroom pasta…

 

The garlic fried rice that my mum and my father in-law ordered. Which they could not finish – they ordered 2 bowls!

 

Oh this is the ultimate Japanese pizza ever…. With scallops and mushroom… the sauce is crazily yummy-licious!

 

My favourite pasta – Vongole in mushroom and chilli sauce. Slurppppppp…. The clams are very fresh! And juicy….

 

Another pizza – Seafood pizza i think. Apparently not as tasty as the scallop one. The right dish – i totally forgotten what it is… LOL

 

Unagi pasta…. Ordered by my father in-law.

 

My mum ordered this… She could not finish and started distributing her prawns to everyone!

 

This is another yummy dish – again I can’t recall what is this.

Yup! The table was full and filled with dishes…. we look like glutons….

 

The delicious chocolate jelly cake I bought for darling… Portion was just nice since everyone was full to the throats….

There were days when he irritates the hell out of you and times when you just want to cuddle him and wonder why is he so cute??????? How to stay angry at him for long when his puppy eyes looks at you adoringly and pitifully the same time?

Tim Tam loves his toys, especially his new found friend – Duckie. He eats, play and sleeps with it.

Ok, I need to sleep now – come Duckie…

Look closely – He is already sleeping. The eye that looks opened, well it is actually rolling about coz he is dreaming…. with spasms too!

His favourite past time includes: Eating, playing, eating and sleeping… ZzzzzzzzzzzZZZZzzzz well at least when he gets too comfortable, especially on the sofa! He kinda blends in eh?

He also loves to do this, whenever I kneel down… he gets into position and stay comfortably on my legs. Sigh!!!

Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh how nice and comfy ‘mummy’s’ legs…

Tim Tam and the ducky pillow I bought for Ed. It has become his pillow in a way now…. how he just take over our things eh? But by bit… soon everything in the house belongs to him instead….

Last month was a month filled with celebrations. From birthdays to full moon, Hari Raya to Deepavali and the recent Halloween celebration too! Ahhh not forgetting the event that I missed due to fever – Steve’s and Tracy’s wedding.

The girls seemed to be very ‘high’ already… hmmm i wonder if it’s the sight of the cake… sometimes even by looking at yummy stuff can give you with the aphrodisiac effect!

The cake was delicious and everyone got sugar high! And i gain another 3 pounds…. Dang!
