Hi Joyce… I took my classes from ICCA (check out their website for more info). It is real fun and the teachers are helpful. I learned it from the Seksyen 14 (near the KFC row) centre.

Can pass for a beginner, I still remember you insisting on adding 3 sticks of butter to your mixture.Resulting in butter oozing out from your cake and we have to soak the butter off with tissue. No wonder it’s supper moist cake and super fattening…heh!heh!
